Soft leather roll-up case with twelve loops for holding forceps. The case has one repair with large black cotton stitches and contains the following: forceps, extracting, upper laterals and bicuspids; forceps, extracting, upper anteriors; forceps, extracting, upper stumps; forceps, extracting, upper bicuspids; forceps, extracting, upper molar; forceps, extracting, upper molar roots; forceps, extracting, lower incisors and canine; forceps, extracting, lower bicuspids; forceps, extracting, lower stumps; forceps, extracting, lower molar; forceps, extracting, lower wisdoms; forceps, extracting, lower molar.

Case would have been used by a traveling dentist and designed to fit neatly into a saddlebag.
